A line drawn from Whitstable street banks through the Columbine buoy, onwards though the Spaniard buoy to the Pan Sands beacon, from there its back to the Margate Hook beacon and back to land at Reculver Towers.
The beach limits are:
The old coastguard cottages at Swalecliff through to Coldharbour Sluice.
