We had 3 boats signed in, 6 anglers , for today's Pairs competition. Sadly 1 boat didn't get out due to engine trouble. The other 2 boats headed out in different directions with 2 very different catches. The winning pair had 79lb 8.4oz consisting of skate, smooth hound,doggies and whiting, the Heaviest being a skate for Chris Sargeant of 7lb 4.4oz. Chris had 36lb 12.6oz while his partner Lee Sargeant had 42lb 11.8oz . The conditions were calm, slightly overcast with a very slight south/west breeze.
