It had been penned as a commodore competition with the plan being to fish an unfamiliar mark since the landing of bass is currently prohibited. But with the lack of members and the difficulties launching among the crowds, it was decided just to fish it as a stand alone competition.
T. Morris and B. Morris headed to the west end of the weir bank and had a very slow day indeed, typically the only fish landed were 2 bass from Tony to 3lbs 12oz which were duly returned.
D. Neiles and A. Wood faired much better at the NE corner of the bank though and managed to get among some smooth-hounds. A. Wood had the biggest at 8lbs 8oz whilst D. Neiles pipped him to top spot with 6 fish of his own.

2nd- A. Wood, 5 fish, 29lbs 15.5oz
