On the whole, fishing was fairly slow but dogfish, whiting and an eel were caught with none of the entrants drawing a blank.
K. Morris took top honours with 5 fish from the hundred steps. Combined with his 3oz rockling from January, it was good enough to take the trophy. Kevin also won the heavy fish pool with a dogfish of 1lbs 9.4oz.
Fishing nearby, T. Morris was second whilst B. Morris took 3rd spot from the Kings hall. The only near-notable catch was for Ben who returned with a whiting of 1lbs 0.2oz, 3.8oz short of a specimen.
